Mr. Kumar focuses on execution of IT plans and takes a leadership role in defining architecture, process and standards for various projects. With over 16 years of experience in developing IT solutions, Mr. Kumar is an expert on information technology architecture and development processes.
Prior to joining Byzan technologies, Mr. Kumar was a founder and President of Mphasis Corporation and worked with Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant in their IT consulting practices. He has worked with fortune 500 (Whirlpool, United Airlines, American Brands) and mid-size companies across industries. He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India and is Certified Management Accountant (CMA). |

Mr. Dutta specializes in information technology planning. He has unique approach of initiatives that deliver a high ROI on IT investment. He has over 20 years of experience in IT leadership positions in large corporations, primarily in the consumer products industry and consulting.
Prior to joining Byzan Technologies, Mr. Dutta was Vice President & CIO at Solo Cup Company. At Solo Cup Company, Mr. Dutta was responsible for IT planning and program management. In his leadership Solo implemented Peoplesoft, Manugistics, and QAD packages to automate operational applications and developed CRM applications unique to Solo's business needs.
Mr. Dutta’a prior experience includes IT management positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Chiquita Brands International and Kraft Foods Inc. Mr Dutta has a M. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from University of Chicago.

Mr. Luken specializes in IT planning. His primary areas of expertise include Operational Applications, and BPR and program management for large projects.
Prior to joining Byzan Technologies, Mr. Luken was a Partner with Accenture. When at Accenture Mr. Luken worked on process improvement and systems integration engagements primarily focusing on the manufacturing clients. |

Ms. Gupta leads support services offerings at Byzan Technologies. Ms. Gupta has over 8 years of experience in IT industry - working with clients on business process outsourcing and staff augmentation engagements. Ms. Gupta's prior background is hospitality industry. She has BA in Economics from Delhi University.
